The effects of the COVID-19 outbreak on shipping

We would like you to know that you can shop at archdekor.com as usual, as we continue to ship orders from our warehouse in the USA and Europe. Our team is monitoring the situation closely and will announce any changes regarding shipping methods and delivery on our FAQ'S page. 

Our top priority is the health and safety of our employees and clients, so we completely redesigned our production and fulfillment center to comply with state recommended social distancing and PPE guidelines.

Our logistic partners have informed us that due to a high volume of shipments, deliveries may be slightly delayed. We apologize for any inconvenience and thank you for your understanding!

Also, our Customer Service is open as usual on business and is happy to help you with any questions you may have.

HOW MUCH DOES DELIVERY COST?

We aim to provide the best customer service, we process and dispatch standard orders in 5-7 business days although at busy periods such as holiday, please allow a couple of days extra! Larger items we send using our trusted courier service and dispatch within 7-10 days. For European vendors it can take up to 3-4 months for certain pieces, this will be specified on the product description.

For bespoke // custom furniture: the delivery time varies, it will be as per project basis, and will have a longer lead time, once you have hired us as your architectural designer, we will keep you informed of your project progress and the custom pieces included in your project, and lead times for everything.
We do not charge extra for packaging and where possible and we recycle all the packaging we receive, trying to do our part for the environment.

USA deliveries may be made any time between 8:00am and 8:00pm. Please try to ensure that there is access to the delivery property during this window, however if you are not at home, our couriers will attempt delivery to a secure location or leave your parcel with a neighbor.

*Please understand that business days do not include weekends or holidays such as New Year’s Day, Martin Luther King Jr. Day, President’s Day, Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas.
