:: Reclaimed antique Kerman rug fragment circa 1840, though possible as early as the late 1700s, made into a lovely pillow! This fragment has high luster glossy wool with a silk-like appearance and was part of the original rug's border in a unique multi layered flower and turtle-like enveloping cartouche design and features an unusual ochre gold ground in primitive simplistic relief for the type. This rug had been a pre-cursor to many designs that became popular in the 1800s. Newly made in Bedford, NY this pillow comes with a down insert. Newly made featuring an antique rug fragment that itself may show signs of use and age including but not limited to foundation showing, fade, etc. Recently professionally cleaned ready for in-home use! Many years of enjoyment to come with this handmade vintage rug fragment pillow. Size measures approximately: 14" x 25" x 8".
