1. WHAT INFORMATION DO WE COLLECT?

Web server log information


For our website, we use a third-party server to host our website called Automattic Inc., the privacy of which is available here https://automattic.com/privacy/ . For the ARCHDEKOR® STUDIO platform, we use 'my doma studio' platform, privacy policy is available here, https://www.mydomastudio.com/privacy. For our ARCHDEKOR® STORE We use a third-party server to host our website called Shopify Inc., the privacy policy of which is available here https://www.shopify.com/legal/privacy . Our websites server automatically logs the IP address you use to access our websites as well as other information about your visit such as the pages accessed, information requested, the date and time of the request, the source of your access to our website (e.g. the website or URL (link) which referred you to our website), and your browser version and operating system.

Our websites servers are located in the United States of America and Canada and, accordingly, your information is transferred outside the European Economic Area (EEA). Use of website server log information for IT security purposes

Our third-party hosting provider(s) collect(s) and store(s) server logs to ensure network and IT security and so that the server and websites remain un compromised. This includes analyzing log files to help identify and prevent unauthorized access to our network, the distribution of malicious code, denial of services attacks and other cyber-attacks, by detecting unusual or suspicious activity.Unless we are investigating suspicious or potential criminal activity, We/we do not make, nor do we allow our hosting provider to make, any attempt to identify you from the information collected via server logs.

Mandatory Information


How we collect or obtain information about you: when you provide it to us (e.g. by contacting us, placing an order on our ARCHDEKOR® platforms, sign up for our email newsletter, take a quiz, or create an account). from your use of our ARCHDEKOR® platforms, using cookies and similar technologies, and occasionally, from third parties. In order to better provide you with products and services offered on our Site, ARCHDEKOR® & ARCHDEKOR® STORE websites we may collect personally identifiable information, such as your:

Information about your computer hardware and software may be automatically collected by ARCHDEKOR® Platforms. This information can include: your IP address, browser type, domain names, access times and referring website addresses. This information is used for the operation of the service, to maintain quality of the service, and to provide general statistics regarding use of the ARCHDEKOR® websites.

From You

ARCHDEKOR® LLC Platforms collect and uses your personal information to operate its website(s) and deliver products and services you have requested. ARCHDEKOR® LLC may also use your personally identifiable information to inform you of other products or services available from ARCHDEKOR® LLC and its affiliates. Architectural design project submission forms

When you want to start an architectural design project with us by clicking on the displayed ‘START YOUR PROJECT’ button on our website we collect information and details about your architectural project you provide in that email (photos, measurements, preferred architectural style, goals for your project, and the information contained in any question block in our project submission survey to request a quote or order on of our design packages.

We use a third-party form provider/customer service management tool to store answers and results you send us by voluntarily completing these forms for your project. Our third-party form provider is WPForms, LLC. WPForms is a trademark of WPForms, LLC.located in the United States of America. Emails you send us will be stored outside the European Economic Area on our third-party email provider’s servers in the United States and other locations based on their sub-processors. If you contact us by mail, we will collect any information you provide to us in any postal communications you send us.

We may also use certain third parties to complete, validate, or verify Information that you have provided to us in order to assist you in your use of the ARCHDEKOR platforms, in order to supplement information already provided by you, or in the prevention or identification of identity theft and fraud.

4. WITH WHOM DO WE SHARE YOUR INFORMATION?
